Word Meaning:
Haad mans = bones and flesh ; deh= body ;
jhare= flowing; nav dwar= nine holes ;
Teerth = pilgrimage ; gota = diving ; nistar= salvation
Semantics:
Why do you takes bath in water?
Clean the scum of the heart, Dear!
This body is made of bone & flesh
It's nine gates always keep on flowing, Dear!
You are not leaving to do bodily sins
How is it possible to improve? Dear!
Good companionship is Sacred water of pilgrimage
Get up daily and dive into it, Dear!

Connotation:
Swami brahmanand says in this hymn that ' this human body is the source of dirt, it is impossible to completely clean it. If you have to clean it then you should clear the scum in the mind.
We have so much love on our body that we do sins with help of it. There are nine holes in this body ( two ears, two eyes , two nostrils, one mouth, and two drainage of stool and urine) . It is advisable to clean the source of dirt, but why don't we leave the sins committing by our body?
How do we get rid of the habit of doing sins?
Bathing in which pilgrimage will remove our sins?
Bramhanand giving the answer and says that The place where saints, devotees, and gentlemen meet, is like a pilgrimage site. So we should accompany saints and should worship God, it is the only way to attain salvation.
